Virginia Avenue Homes This important project enhances one of Atlantic City's primary cross-town arteries, Virginia Avenue, which links U.S. Route 30 (the White Horse Pike) with the Boardwalk. Located in the Second Ward's Atlantic Heights District, Virginia Avenue Homes comprise 26 new homes that replaced old, vacant and deteriorated housing along the roadway.
