Station Heights

Revitalization of the Westside neighborhoods has taken a major step forward with the development of Station Heights. Comprised of 16 traditional seashore-styled wood frame homes, this $3 million project is situated on two acres of land bounded by Bacharach Boulevard, Ohio, Indiana and Bishop Richard Allen Avenues.

The homes are buffered by landscaped plazas that separate them into distinct, complementing groups – establishing a quaint, quiet, residential feeling to the neighborhood.

A second phase of Station Heights, consisting of three single family homes, was completed in 2002.

Located at the edge of the CRDA's Westside Neighborhood Strategy Area, Station Heights serves as an anchor for future development and greatly improves the residential character of the area.
