As our population ages and medical advances extend life, addressing the needs of our older citizens is critical. People are not only living longer, they are living healthier and enjoying many years of active life into their 80s and 90s. Recognizing this growing need, the CRDA, in partnership with Beron Jewish Older Adult Services (JOAS), a United Way Organization, has developed a facility to serve senior citizens throughout Atlantic County.

The Herman Pogachefsky Senior Citizens Pavilion provides seniors with an opportunity to maintain their independence through a one-stop resource for medical services, nutrition programs, social services, education, activities, adult day care services, entertainment, and in a gathering place within which to share experiences and foster friendships.
