Oceanside

This "New Urbanist" CRDA project in the Northeast Inlet along Maine Avenue is a traditional neighborhood of single family and twin-style homes on tree-lined streets with the beach just steps away.

Oceanside is a community of mixed incomes and diverse cultures in a seaside setting reminiscent of neighborhoods built in this area at the end of the 19th century.

Desirable single-family lots overlooking Absecon Inlet and the ocean and beaches along Maine Avenue are to be sold for individual custom home development. Purchasers will be required to construct a home within a specified time period and abide by established architectural standards.

Oceanside I was completed in 2002, and Oceanside II completed in early 2005.
