Millennia Square

Nineteen new homes join the dozen existing homes of Millennia Square occupying the Atlantic City Northeast Inlet neighborhood.

Phase II comprise six solar powered modular Cape Cod models featuring gas hot water baseboard heating and split zone air conditioning to supplement the solar powered units and serve as primary heating and cooling in these homes.

Phase III will include nine additional single family homes and four semi-detached twin style homes and will feature two and three bedrooms, a private deck or porch.

The homes will have the added value of attractive landscaping and off street parking. The exteriors of these homes will clearly capture the traditional architectural designs found along the New Jersey seashore.

Developers

  • Millennia Square Phase II is a joint venture of First, Inc. and Gensis
for the first six Cape Cod units.
  • The developer for the remaining 13 homes in Phase III is the Michaels Development Company.
  • The project is supported in part by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, which has contributed Hope IV housing grant funding to the Atlantic City Housing Authority for the dismantling of obsolete and dysfunctional Atlantic City public housing projects to be replaced with new homes conducive to family-style living.
