Opened in 1999, this $3 million facility is made possible by Bally's Park Place investment obligations. This facility serves more than 400 Atlantic City area children and offers programs for parents.

The 15,000-square-foot complex includes a large multipurpose gymnasium, library, game room, computer lab and learning center and various family support services. A park and fully-equipped playground area is located adjacent to the building.
