Neighborhood Community Partnership
HOUSING COMMUNITY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

CRDA's investment of over $225 million in construction of new residential housing is revitalizing the image of Atlantic City as an attractive place to live, as well as work. This investment is restoring the vitality of the resort's architecturally and culturally diverse neighborhoods and re-establishing thriving residential communities.

The growth of the city is re-energizing its most important asset – its people. This is a city on the move – building momentum with the opening of each new project in the grand design.

Since the CRDA was created in 1984, a major goal has been to make life better for the people who live and work in the wonderful community of Atlantic City.

Every investment, every decision to support a project has at its core the mandate to improve the quality of life here. Development of community facilities that serve the needs of community residents and visitors is a major focus.

Everywhere you look, the economic vitality of the city is growing – broadening the city's appeal not only as a wonderful place to visit, but also as a wonderful place to work and live.
